Instructure Support has let us know that they have released a hotfix for the bug in SpeedGrader. Our team has confirmed that their fix results in new submissions being viewable in SpeedGrader once more.
However, their fix does not currently address previous submissions that are not loading correctly. Our team is continuing to coordinate with Instructure Support to make these submissions viewable once more. We expect full resolution sometime early next week.

Our team has identified the source of the issue with SpeedGrader. We have filed a ticket with Instructure Support and are actively working to escalate the issue.

We have received reports that some recent student submissions for Harmonize assignments are not loading correctly in Canvas SpeedGrader. Our team is actively investigating these reports. Some Users Receiving CSRF Error When Enabling Canvas Features

Some Canvas users are experiencing "Must submit new OAuth2 request" or "Missing custom CSRF token" errors when attempting to authorize Canvas Features in their course. We are working with Canvas Support to get this issue fully resolved. While Canvas did release an update recently, it has not fully addressed the issue. During this one-hour maintenance window, Harmonize may be briefly unavailable during two separate downtime segments, each expected to last approximately 15 minutes.

We’ve scheduled this work during a low-usage window to minimize disruption. No action is required on your end.
