The performance issue has been resolved and all users are able to access Harmonize normally once more. Our Operations team determined that our servers were experiencing a throughput problem to tertiary storage which was affecting performance of the application.

Our team believes they have found the source of the issue. They have implemented a fix and are monitoring production systems to ensure a full recovery.
